Yes: call only, call + text, or call + text + email. We set routing and your default SMS text.

Within 1 business day after we receive photos, details, and CTA preferences.

We maintain 10 owner slots. When Jenna’s listing is live, it’s pinned at #1 and you’ll see 11 total cards (Jenna + 10 owners). When her listing is rented, the page shows 10 cards (the 10 owner slots).

First-come, first-served by contract start date. If Jenna’s unit reactivates, she reclaims #1 and everyone shifts down one position. Your Featured slot itself is still guaranteed.

Each semester plan includes a reserved Featured slot for the entire window, edits anytime, one free photo/copy refresh mid-term, and monthly performance snapshots.

No. We cap at 10 semester reservations per window to protect performance. Mid-semester starts are pro-rated only if a slot is free. We keep a waitlist and can start you the first day a slot opens.

For monthly and semester plans, we keep your card live with a “Currently Rented — Next Availability {date}” label so you keep visibility and collect future leads. No pause/credit tracking needed.

Founding Owner Annual includes one optional 60-day pause per year (goodwill for fully-leased periods). Otherwise, use the “Currently Rented” label approach.

Yes—one free transfer per year to another Tempe townhome. Additional transfers are $49 each.

Annual fees are non-refundable after go-live. If we can’t publish within 5 business days of receiving your materials, you may cancel for a full refund.
